1. Appointment Booking & Cancellation
- Booking: Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or in person at the salon. To secure your spot, a deposit may be required for select services.
- Cancellation Policy: If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a charge equivalent to a percentage of the service booked.
- Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule to ensure adequate time for a high-quality service without impacting other clients.

2. Service Guarantee & Satisfaction
- We take pride in our services and strive to deliver excellent results for every client. If you are not fully satisfied with the outcome, please let us know within 48 hours, and we will gladly arrange a complimentary adjustment if applicable.
- Adjustments are complimentary only if it is determined that the service did not meet the agreed-upon expectations discussed during the consultation.

- We adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards. All tools, equipment, and stations are thoroughly sanitized between clients, and our team follows the latest health protocols.
- Clients with any contagious illness are advised to reschedule their appointment to protect the health of our staff and other clients.

- Please inform our team of any allergies or skin sensitivities prior to your appointment. Radiance Salon is not liable for any adverse reactions if prior notice of allergies or sensitivities was not provided.

5. Personal Belongings
- While we strive to create a safe environment, Radiance Salon is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings. We recommend keeping valuables with you at all times.
6. Pricing & Payments
- Service prices may vary based on the specific requirements of each client and will be discussed prior to beginning the service. Additional charges may apply for extra products or time-intensive procedures.
- Payments are due in full upon completion of services. We accept cash, credit cards, and select mobile payments.

- We strive to create a comfortable and respectful atmosphere for all clients and staff. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in refusal of service or a request to leave the salon.
