It is stated that on our platform we provide online salon booking of appointments in multiple salons out of it only two luxury salon (Crazy Cutz, Radiance Luxury Salon) are owned by Shreetech Solutions, and rest of the salons are owned by other parties. so if customers raise any chargeback Shreetech Solutions will be completely responsible for disposing of the dispute at our end.
